The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was good.

Location: the hotel was close enough to palace and hard rock, and cancun. Furthermore, it was right at Multiplaza Shopping Mall. Booked a room with a balcony. Having hair dryers, a spa bathtub and terrycloth bathrobes was a bonus.

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms for double beds. the staff provides top-class service. - the location of the hotel is marvelous, and the food is good too. - Our stay was made really good by the fantastic service provided by the staff.

Enjoyed having a balcony in the rooms which was cool. Loved that the property was right by the beach 🏖️.

The suite had an extremely comfy bed, a living area, and a terrace with a sea view, along with fantastic service.

The hotel is in a beautiful area, close to the Marketplace and a golf course, which is about a 25-minute walk away. There was a great variety of delicious food for breakfast. - the room I booked was spacious and very clean, with double beds and a balcony. - the staff was top-notch, providing helpful service from the moment I arrived until the end of my pleasant stay. - the location is fantastic, especially with its proximity to Dolphinaris.

The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and took care of me throughout my stay. The facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools and a beautiful beach area. The cleanliness was impressive, and I always felt comfortable and safe. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and just a short distance to the golf course. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, and the staff at the restaurants provided excellent service.

Our room had a TV with lots of channels, AC, and a safe for our stuff. the private bathroom even had a luxurious spa bathtub 🛁 that we loved!

The room I stayed in was nice and tidy, had two beds, and even a balcony to enjoy. the location was fantastic, right by Dolphinaris. But the best part was definitely the amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful! 🌟

Multiple restaurant options available, including hibachi and steak house, with delicious food and a variety of choices. Buffet with diverse options and a dessert bar. Café with great coffee and lattes, and an ice cream bar with many selections. Evening dinner show with reservation. 24-hour room service for late-night cravings. Club-like atmosphere with indoor pools, pool tables, and bars. Excursions can be booked with the vacation planner. Water park and skate park for children. a huge resort with great value for the money.

This place is massive, the food was delicious, the location close to the beach, palace, and Market restaurant was great, and the staff were very friendly and exceptional.

The hotel is located right by the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions like Dolphinaris, and I had a room with a balcony.

Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and mini-bar offerings. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the beach and local attractions. The pool was amazing; clean and refreshing with plenty of space to relax.

Service was slow at times and we had difficulty getting reservations at some restaurants. The prices were too high for what was offered, especially the food.
